Η SwanScout ιδρύθηκε το 2021. Εκείνη την εποχή, ο Julian Li, λάτρης της τέχνης, δυσκολευόταν να βρει τα κατάλληλα τεχνολογικά αξεσουάρ για το smartphone του.
