De SwanScout C01FB is ontworpen voor nieuwere Fitbit-smartwatches – waaronder de Versa 4, Versa 3, Sense 2, Sense en Ace LTE – die gebruikmaken van een vernieuwd magnetisch oplaadsysteem. De Fitbit Versa 2 maakt gebruik van een oudere oplaadinterface met een afwijkende pinindeling en uitlijning. Vanwege dit verschil kan het apparaat niet correct worden aangesloten op deze Fitbit-oplader, waardoor opladen niet mogelijk is.
Als uw Fitbit-smartwatch niet oplaadt op de SwanScout C01FB, reinig dan eerst de metalen oplaadcontacten op zowel het horloge als de oplader met alcohol om vuil of oxidatie te verwijderen. Controleer tevens of de oplaadpinnen goed zijn uitgelijnd en niet verzonken liggen. Pas deze indien nodig voorzichtig aan met een pincet of nagelknipper om een goed contact en stabiel opladen te waarborgen.
